Strategies, Leadership, and Change Management From Experience.

How We Got Here

Shanna Cox has a long professional career in economic and community development. Her experience includes community organizing, public health, and working as a community developer at a central Maine CAP (Community Action Program) Agency. In 2014, Shanna opened a consulting firm and in 2016 she formalized her work by opening Project Tipping Point.

While the partners and work product has changed over the years, Shanna has always worked with diverse groups of people. She helps find strategies for complex problems, facilitates both day long sessions or multi-month processes for both engagement and outcomes, and acts as a strategic thought partner for leadership facing challenges.

In late 2019, Shanna took a leadership role at Maine’s second largest Chamber of Commerce. In the 6 years that followed, she implemented a new business strategy, changed organizational culture, and grew the organization more than 300%. Her experience serves her clients with empathy, knowledge, and operational skills.
